blueberry polly cheesecake

homemade BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE for the 19-year-old Pooollllllyy!
my 2nd baked cheesecake
emily and i spent the whole afternoon for that
but it worths :D
i really think it tastes SOOO NICE hahahahhahaaaaaa

this was the remaining piece loooool

we didn't have a knife so it looked a bit awkward

the 1/3 thick biscuit base is reserved for the birthday girl hahahah

half of the butter goes to the base and the other half in the cheesecake mix

so u can imagine.. mmmmmm ;D

by the way the photos of the whole cake was taken on the night we baked it

so.... it looked a bit too watery...
but it was definitely dryer and looked nicer this morning heheeee
